The BSE code of the issue is 9RTE, as the starting date of the trade will be 23 October. The bonds were issued on 30 July this year and are in amount of EURO 10 million, the term of the issue is 5 years and yields per bond is 6 monthly Euribor + 3.125%. Co – manager of the issue are TBI Invest and OBB. This is the biggest issue of HypoCredit AD. The other ratings of the bank were unchanged too. The agency affirms Postbank’s negative outlook and short-term IDR F2, and the Individual continued to be C/D.
